Lance J. Goff
About
Lance was born in 1971 in Royal Oak, Michigan. Lance graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1993 and the University of Southern California Law School in 1996. While in law school, Lance served as an extern for the Honorable Alan M. Ahart of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Following graduation, Lance worked as an associate attorney for the Denver bankruptcy firm of Rubner & Kutner, P.C., (now Kutner Brinen Dickey Riley P.C.) prior to starting his own practice. He was admitted to practice before the 10th Circuit in 2017.
Lance's practice focuses on bankruptcy matters, including debtors in Chapters 7, 11, and 13. Lance also represents bankruptcy trustees and has deep experience in most types of bankruptcy litigation.Lance is married and a father of two children. Lance enjoys participating in health and fitness activities including F-45 workouts. Lance has served as secretary of the Niwot Community Association, and he supports the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Imagine Foundation.
